Once an order is placed, I will start to create the necessary files to cut out your badges!

Badges are cut from Solid 3mm thick 2x2 Twill Weave Carbon Fiber Sheets making them extremely durable!

Once the badges are cut and sanded, I will start reviewing color options with you, as needed. Colors are filled using UV Resistant Epoxy. Color mixes often incorporate Metallics, Pearls, Glow Powders, and Color Shifting Pearls! After coloring, the badges are left to cure, wet sanded, clear coated, polished, and shipped!
